We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team at Niva Ayurveda. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our Ayurvedic products/services to customers, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve queries.
Explain product benefits, usage, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain a record of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Prior experience in tele sales, customer support, or Ayurvedic/healthcare industry preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages will be an added advantage).
Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools
