Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce healthcare products/services.

  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into appointments or sales.

  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.

    Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field (Healthcare background preferred).

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or in customer service/sales (healthcare experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
