Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce healthcare products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into appointments or sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns.
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field (Healthcare background preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller or in customer service/sales (healthcare experience is a plus).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
