Job Description

We are looking for a Tele Sales to join our team. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of 15-18K.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients
Explain the company’s furniture products (home, office, custom furniture)
Generate leads and identify customer requirements
Share product details, pricing, and offers with customers
Fix appointments or connect interested clients with the sales team
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
Maintain customer database and update call records
Handle basic customer queries and provide support
Coordinate with production or sales team for order updates
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6m-3y. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
