Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Lilaba Analytical Laboratories LLP. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently call and exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
