Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently call and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Reporting and Analytics: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales reports, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
