Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the Water Softener and Water Treatment Industry. The candidate will be
responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our water softener products and services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce water softener and water treatment solutions.
Explain product features, benefits, and service packages to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule appointments for field sales executives or technicians.
Follow up with customers regarding product inquiries and service requirements.
Maintain and update customer data in the company database.
Handle customer queries and provide basic information about water purification and softening systems.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and Sales targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Telugu, English, or Hindi).
Ability to convince customers and generate sales leads.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Qualifications
Minimum Intermediate / Any Degree.
Freshers or candidates with Telecalling / Customer Service experience can apply.
Experience
6-1 years in Telecalling, Sales Support, or Customer Service (preferred).
