Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses, batches, and admission process.
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update the student database regularly.

Counsel students regarding course details, fees, batches, and answer any queries.
Coordinate with the admission team and faculty for smooth operations.
Maintain daily call records and prepare reports for the management.
