Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team JIYA SURGICHEM PVT LTD . The role involves managing Tradeindia , Indiamart Calls, Dealer Calls. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. In house Soft Telephonic Conversation with Hospital, Dealers, doctors, distributors, chemists, Pharmaceuticals Company, hospital & institution & generate sales.

2.  Managed Indiamart & TradeIndia Portal. 

3. Verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

4. Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

5. Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
