Sales Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information.

Generate leads, set appointments, or directly convert into sales.

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call logs.

Maintain and update database/CRM with daily call records and outcomes.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Coordinate with the field sales or marketing team for lead closure.
