## About the Role
Home First Finance is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to promote and sell Home Loans and Personal Loans over calls. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in loan sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the BFSI sector.
## Key Responsibilities
• Generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
• Promote Home Loan and Personal Loan products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
## Eligibility Criteria
Minimum •6 months of experience•• in Home Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, or other BFSI sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and sales process.
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
