Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Trade Bridge. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹ 16,000 - ₹ 20,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain TradeBridge offerings.

● Convert leads into by effectively pitching products/services.

● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as set by the Telesales

Manager.

● Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or

internal systems.

● Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.

● Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.

● Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 12th and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
