Sales Telecaller

Herbojit International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to support our sales team by handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, and converting leads into business. The role involves communication with domestic and international clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

• Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART, website, WhatsApp, and email.

• Explain product details and share quotations with clients.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the sales/export team for order processing and follow-ups.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Web).

• Ability to convince and handle customers professionally.

• Prior telesales or customer support experience preferred.
