Job Role: Pre-Booking & Customer Handling Executive

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries for private celebrations
Explain booking details, packages & availability
Confirm pre-bookings and maintain booking records
Coordinate with the team for event scheduling
Ensure smooth communication with customers till booking confirmation

Candidate Requirements:

Good communication & approaching skills
Polite and customer-friendly behavior
Ability to convince and guide customers properly
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp / Calls / Booking management
Responsible and punctual
