Job Description

A telecaller makes or receives telephone calls to promote products, generate leads, provide customer service, or schedule appointments. They work in sales or support, handling high-volume outbound/inbound calls while adhering to scripts, maintaining CRM records, and meeting daily/monthly performance targets. Key skills include excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and computer proficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to sell products/services, promote offers, or follow up on leads.Inbound Calls: Handle incoming customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions.Lead Management: Qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and update client information in the CRM database.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or appointments.Script Adherence: Follow company-approved scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistency.Relationship Management: Maintain polite, professional communication to build rapport with clients.
