We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at SproutBox Coworking Space, Mysore. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, understanding their workspace needs, and developing telesales strategies to drive business growth.
Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and inquiries for coworking spaces and private offices.
Follow up on incoming leads from websites, walk-ins, social media, and partner channels.
Understand client requirements and clearly explain SproutBox's membership plans, amenities, and pricing.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the community team for seamless client onboarding.
Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Record lead status, call notes, and follow-up actions in CRM or lead management tools.
Support marketing and sales campaigns by nurturing cold and warm leads.
Prior telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience (coworking or real estate preferred but not required).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and match them with suitable workspace solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with structured call workflows.
Good relationship-building and follow-up discipline.
Basic familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems (preferred).
Positive attitude, professional tone, and customer-first approach.
