Key Responsibilities

Your daily focus will be turning outbound and inbound conversations into revenue. Core duties include:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Make a high volume of daily cold or warm calls to potential customers from provided leads/database.

  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects, understand their specific pain points, and pitch appropriate company products or services.

  • Closing Sales: Walk customers through the purchasing process, handle objections smoothly, and finalize sales or book qualified appointments for senior sales staff.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate record of all calls, customer feedback, and sales pipeline stages in the CRM database.

  • Follow-ups: Conduct structured follow-up calls or emails with undecided prospects to move them closer to a purchase decision.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and call-volume KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

The ideal candidate loves talking to people, handles rejection with a smile, and knows how to steer a conversation toward a deal.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service/call center role. (Proven track record of meeting sales targets is highly preferred).

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and managing high-volume dialers while talking.

  • Language: Flawless verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone over the phone.

  • Active Listening: Ability to hear what a customer actually needs and adapt your pitch dynamically.

  • Resilience & Persuasion: A thick skin to handle frequent "no's" and the persistence to turn hesitation into interest.
