Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Contact customers over phone and explain loan products.
Generate leads for Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loan and Personal Loan.
Follow up with interested customers until loan processing.
Understand customer requirements and collect basic loan information.
Coordinate with the sales and processing team.
Maintain daily call records and customer database.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Good communication in Hindi. Basic English is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
