JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Bawana Industrial Area, New Delhi
Industry: Stainless Steel Triply Cookware Manufacturing & Kitchenware Imports (Skimmer / Bottle / Cutlery)
Monthly Turnover: ₹1–1.2 Crore
1. Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated from IndiaMART and other digital platforms. The role involves direct calling, follow-up, product explanation, lead qualification, order closing, and coordination with dispatch/accounts.
2. Key Responsibilities
Handle daily IndiaMART leads (inquiry calls, chats, RFQs).
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain:
Triply cookware
SS kitchenware (skimmer, bottle, cutlery, etc.)
Share catalogues, pricing, and product specifications through WhatsApp.
Maintain proper follow-up cycle (D0, D1, D2, D3).
Convert inquiries into orders with proper negotiation.
Record all conversations, comments, requirements in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for order processing.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and resolve issues.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress.
Support after-sales communication (tracking, complaints, replacement follow-up).
3. Required Skills
Strong communication & convincing skills
Excellent WhatsApp & calling etiquette
Ability to explain technical product details (material, thickness, triply layer, weight, GST, freight, MOQ)
Fast learner of cookware & kitchenware product line
Follow-up and negotiation skills
CRM / Google Sheet / IndiaMART portal knowledge
Hindi communication must; Basic English preferred
4. Experience
Minimum 1–3 years experience in tele-sales or B2B sales
IndiaMART/TradeIndia/ExportersIndia portal experience preferred
Experience in cookware / utensils / kitchenware category is an advantage
5. Education
Minimum 12th Pass
Graduate preferred (B.Com / BBA / BA)
Computer literacy required (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Gmail)
6. Age & Gender
Age: 20 to 35 years
Gender: Female preferred (as tele-sales performance is generally stronger in follow-ups), but male candidates also allowed
7. Salary Range
Based on industry, location, and your turnover of ₹1–1.2 Cr monthly:
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Incentives:
Based on lead conversion
Monthly sales target achievement bonus
Extra incentive on triply cookware large orders
Expected Total Earnings: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (including incentives)
8. Work Timings
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
6 days working (Sunday off)
