Sales Telecaller

🔹 Position: Telesales Executive (Jaipur)

🔹 Role Overview

We are expanding our dealer–distributor network in Rajasthan and looking for a Telesales Executive who can handle daily calling plus 1–2 distributor visits per month for appointment and sales coordination.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Telesales & Calling

• Daily calling to potential distributors and dealers

• Lead follow-up & conversion

• Sending product/project details on WhatsApp

• Maintaining call logs & updates in CRM (NeoDove)

Distributor / Dealer Appointment

• Monthly 1–2 physical visits in Jaipur/Rajasthan region

• Meeting prospective distributors, explaining product line

• Helping in onboarding new dealers/distributors

• Coordination with field team for order follow-ups

Sales & Reporting

• Monthly order & revenue targets

• Regular calling-based sales conversion

• Daily/weekly reporting to management

🔹 Required Skills

• Good communication in Hindi

• Confident calling ability

• Basic understanding of sales

• Experience in telesales / calling preferred

• Freshers with good communication can also apply

🔹 Salary Structure

• Salary based on current CTC

• Usually 10–40% hike (depending on communication & interview performance)

• Monthly incentives based on closures & revenue

• Travel allowance for distributor visits

🔹 Work Details

• Work Type: Work From Office (Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Travel: Only 1–2 field visits per month
