HIRING FOR EXPERIENCED & FRESHER CANDIDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL PROCESS

FIXED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF•

Role- US voice process related to healthcare.

It is a sales process for over 65 age customers where agent needs to help customers to get their insurance benefits.

Minimum Education- H.S.C.

Salary-

• For freshers with good communication skills -17k and above

• For experienced-upto 25k

USP-

Unlimited incentives- Average monthly incentives earned by agent -20k-35k.

Also, daily incentives will be provided upto 2k every day. (Depend on daily criteria).

Salary Cycle- 1st to 30th paid every 10th of the month. Incentives will be paid on 25th of every month.

Shift Timing- 7:30 Pm – 4:30 Am {Night Shift} FIXED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OFF.

Training Period- There would be 5 days of training.

Leave credit- 1 LC every month which can be carry forwarded next month if not used.
