Job Description

Dest India is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our D2C e-commerce team at our Picnic Garden location.

The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers over the phone, confirming orders, assisting customers with product-related queries, and supporting the sales and customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders and products.

• Confirm customer orders and delivery details.

• Handle customer queries professionally over the phone.

• Follow up with customers for pending or incomplete orders.

• Assist in generating sales through customer calls.

• Maintain accurate customer and calling records.

• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team when required.

• Provide a positive customer experience and represent Dest India professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass.

• Female candidates preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali.

• Basic English communication will be an advantage.

• Confident and polite while speaking with customers.

• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.

• Freshers can apply.

• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.
