We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers. If you have a flair for communication and are target-driven, we’d love to meet you!

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain product/services

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call logs

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions

• Convince and convert leads into confirmed sales

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily/weekly targets

✅ Requirements:

• Graduate with good communication skills

• Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus

• Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented

• Ability to handle rejections and stay persistent

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is preferred
