Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make proactive outbound calls to generate leads.

• Assist the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.

• Handle and respond to client inquiries via phone.

• Maintain and update the client database and sales records.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activity.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a telecalling or sales support role.

• Skills: Excellent communication in both Hindi and English, and basic computer proficiency.
