We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven Bank Exam Counsellors to join our team. The role involves guiding students, addressing queries regarding banking exam preparation, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.
Provide counselling to students regarding bank exam preparation courses.
Guide students in selecting the right program based on their goals.
Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain records of student interactions and admissions.
Support centre operations and ensure a smooth admission process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to understand student needs and provide proper guidance.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Prior counselling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
