Sales Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Telecaller to contact wholesalers by phone, promote our products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to wholesalers to introduce and promote products/services

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly

• Generate leads and convert calls into sales orders

• Maintain and update customer details and call records

• Follow up with interested wholesalers to close deals

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales (preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle objections and close sales

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
