)Primary Responsibilities: 1. Callings on LIVE/ LOST/ data 2. Making feedback calls after test drives for OTP 3. Managing showroom floor in case of Showroom Hostess during rush hours 4. Managing task of DMS operator in her absence 5. Hyperlocal, digital, crm calling 6. Whats app blast twice in a month 2)Secondary Responsibilities: ➢ Act as single point of contact for sales and related concerns. ➢ Daily /weekly/monthly MIS reports. ➢ Preparing list and organising pick up –drop facility of customer’s vehicle in coordination with sales team. ➢ To manage sales reception, attend customer and take care of customer lounge area as and when required. ➢ To attend all training programmes organised by OEM/Dealership.
