Job Description

Acestate Builders is looking for a Sales Telecaller for a 3-month contractual role in Bhubaneswar. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, making calls to leads explaining our services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle calls to potential customers from the lead database.
Explain the real estate property clearly and convincingly in Odia and Hindi.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system/Excel.
Achieve daily and weekly calling/sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

Languages: Must be fluent in Odia and Hindi. (English is a plus).
Skills: Basic computer knowledge, convincing skills, and a positive attitude.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
