📢 Hiring: Telecaller

📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

💼 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 fixed + Incentives (₹1,000/client onboarded)

📈 Salary revision after 3 months based on performance

Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Social Media Manager cum Telecaller to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client social media accounts, coordinating with the creative and ad team, handling lead calls, and assisting in quotation follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and post content on clients’ social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Coordinate with the internal team (designers, editors, ad managers) to deliver timely results

Call and follow up with leads generated from ad campaigns

Share service details and convert leads into clients

Maintain a database of prospects, follow-up status, and feedback

Manage quotation preparation and share with potential clients

Ensure daily reporting of work status and conversions

Eligibility:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

Telecalling or client interaction experience preferred

Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills

Confident, energetic & self-driven personality

Must be based in or willing to travel to Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Timings:

🕙 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

₹1,000 incentive per new client onboarded (Minimum 6-8 clients/month)

Performance-based hike after 3 months
