🔑 Job Description:

We are hiring an energetic and persuasive Sales Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound calls for product sales, service leads, and government contract follow-ups. The role involves voice-based selling, follow-ups, and CRM updates with performance incentives linked to sales targets and daily call activity.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle retail, B2B, GeM, Business Services related sales calls

• Follow up with government departments for tenders and catalog queries

• Call leads for Insurance, ERP, and Advertising services

• Maintain accurate records in Excel tools

• Achieve sales points for every product/service conversion (incentive-based)

• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up lists

• Confident in Hindi (English is a bonus)

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, and basic tech

• Sales mindset with minimum 200+ calls/day expected
