Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over calls, promoting our products/services, and driving conversions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Address customer queries professionally and resolve concerns efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 0–3 years in Tele Sales / Customer Service
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Work Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
