THEY WILL BE TAUGHT PROPERLY ABOUT THE COMPANY & PRODUCTS, AND THEY SHOULD KNOW HOW TO OPERATE a COMPUTER AS THEY HAVE TO MAKE QUOTATIONS AS WELL. PERCENTAGE COMMISSION WILL BE GIVEN ON EACH ORDER
