Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:
  

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.

  • Offer styling advice, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.

• Sales & Targets:
  

  • Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

• Store Operations:
  

  • Maintain product displays, stock levels, and cleanliness of the store.

  • Handle billing, cash register operations, and returns/exchanges.

  • Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing inventory.
