Full Time
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating leads, following up with existing clients, and supporting sales activities for our cleaning and hygiene products.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Maintain customer records and update data in Excel.
Send emails and communicate professionally with customers.
Explain company products and services to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements.
Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email handling.
Ability to maintain customer databases and reports.
Positive attitude and good convincing skills.
Experience in B2B sales or housekeeping/cleaning products will be an added advantage.
Qualification
Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.
