Make outbound calls to prospective students and promote our engineering courses.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Provide customized course recommendations based on student needs.
Address student queries regarding course details, fees, and career outcomes.
Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Build strong rapport with students to ensure a positive counselling experience.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic understanding of engineering or technical courses (preferred).
Good command of English.
CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Any graduate (Engineering background is a plus)
Experience in EdTech/Telesales/Counselling preferred
