Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion

• Manage event timelines, vendors, and on-ground operations

• Maintain and update accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners for smooth execution

• Handle event documentation, reports, and post-event analysis

• Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and quality standards

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

• Support marketing and promotional activities related to events

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management

• Prior experience in event planning or coordination is an advantage

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools

• Excellent communication and team coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
