We are seeking a Female Sales Coordinator who can handle calls from clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and retail customers for medical equipment products. The candidate will also coordinate with suppliers via phone and WhatsApp, manage order follow-ups, and support store operations as a Store Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls from clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and walk-in retail customers regarding product inquiries, availability, and pricing.
Handle outbound calls to follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with suppliers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to manage orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Maintain proper communication between customers, suppliers, and internal sales team.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales records.
Manage the store front desk: welcome customers, showcase products, and assist with their purchase needs.
Update and maintain stock records, sales registers, and supplier logs.
Provide after-sales support including delivery updates, complaint resolution, and warranty follow-ups.
Support management in daily reporting and ensure smooth store operations.
Education: Graduate / Diploma (any discipline).
Experience: 1–6+ years in sales coordination / customer service / store executive role (experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical equipment is an advantage).
Skills:
Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada (preferred for Bangalore).
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and WhatsApp Business tools.
Knowledge of billing software/ERP will be a plus.
