Thryve Group LLP, under its media division India Republic Times, is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.
We are looking for individuals who are confident in communicating with clients, comfortable making outbound calls, and have the ability to convert potential leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our media, advertising, branding and promotional offerings.
Generate interest, build client relationships and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with interested prospects and close sales effectively.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper client communication and sales records.
Represent the company professionally while communicating with clients.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in making calls and handling sales conversations.
Ability to negotiate, follow up and close deals.
Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Prior experience in sales or telecalling will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
