Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
Design Crew will provide leads, which you will be responsible for contacting, following up with, and converting into clients.
Generate additional leads independently through cold calling, networking, references, social media, market research, and other sales activities.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services such as branding, graphic design, packaging design, social media marketing, digital marketing, and other creative solutions.
Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with potential clients.
Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain and update the lead database with call, follow-up, and conversion status.
Submit regular reports regarding lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
Coordinate with the internal design and creative team after successful client conversion.
Field work is an important part of the role. One day every week will be dedicated to field sales, client meetings, networking, and lead generation.
Visit potential clients, businesses, and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
Actively participate in upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities on behalf of Design Crew.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business contacts.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Confidence in making sales calls and meeting clients.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Willingness to travel for field work and client meetings.
Ability to handle rejection positively and consistently follow up.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
