This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling queries related to CCTV products and services, generating sales leads, coordinating with internal departments (sales, service, purchase, logistics, and HR), and ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction.

This is not just a call center role, but an integrated business support function that combines:

  • Customer Service – answering inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product details.

  • Sales Support – following up with leads, pitching CCTV solutions, assisting the sales team.

A. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries regarding CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, accessories, and other products.

  • Manage outbound calls for lead generation, promotional campaigns, and service reminders.

  • Provide accurate information on product specifications, pricing, installation procedures, and warranty policies.

B. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Generate daily call reports, sales summaries, and service status updates for management review.

E. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work with the purchase and warehouse teams to verify stock availability.

  • Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of CCTV systems.
