Telesales Sales & Marketing Executive

Sovereign Capital & Investment Consultants is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Female Insurance Sales Executives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance products.

• Understand clients' financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and premium structures to prospective customers.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim assistance.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and CRM updates.

• Stay updated with the latest insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth policy processing and customer support.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with relevant insurance sales experience may also apply).

• Experience: 0–3 years in Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Customer Relationship Management. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, etc.).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
