Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting products/services, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Manage social media, digital marketing, and offline campaigns to increase brand visibility.

• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products/services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM tools.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
