Job Title: Exhibition Stall Design Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary
Responsible for generating sales for exhibition stall design and fabrication services, acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with design and production teams to deliver successful exhibition booths.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients participating in exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
Present exhibition stall design solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client branding, marketing objectives, and exhibition requirements.
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Marketing Activities
Promote the company's stall design and fabrication services.
Monitor exhibition industry trends and competitor activities.
Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and event marketing.
Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
Project Coordination
Brief the design team regarding client requirements.
Coordinate with production, fabrication, and installation teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Follow up with clients before, during, and after exhibitions.
Required Skills

Proficiency Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
1–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising.
Experience in B2B sales is often preferred.
