Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services (Bio Farms, Agriculture-related services, Real Estate/Plots if applicable).
Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases (leads, follow-ups, conversions).
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers and handle objections effectively.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner.
Report to the Sales Manager/Team Lead on progress and challenges.
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum Intermediate / Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in Tele Sales / Customer Support / Real Estate / Farming Sector will be an added advantage.
