About the Role

We are seeking a candidate for Sales & Marketing who is enthusiastic, result-driven, and passionate about driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our products/services through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and campaigns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Promote company products/services via presentations, calls, and digital channels.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.

• For interns: willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation tools.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

• Ability to create and deliver engaging pitches and proposals.
