Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales

Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service packages.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client business goals and marketing requirements.
Coordinate with the creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Marketing Activities
Promote agency services through social media, networking events, business associations, and exhibitions.
Organize seminars, workshops, podcasts, and business networking events.
Create marketing campaigns to increase agency visibility and lead generation.
Represent the agency at industry events and trade shows.
4. Strategic Planning
Develop monthly sales targets and marketing plans.
Analyze competitors and market trends.
Suggest new service offerings and growth opportunities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain lead and client database.
Track sales pipeline and conversion rates.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitor campaign performance and client feedback.
