Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Activities

·         Actively promote and sell company products such as Sofa Legs,Bed legs & Bed fittings,Buffers,Furiture Fitting and Accessories

·          Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into confirmed orders.

·         Conduct on-site product demonstrations and handle technical discussions.

·         Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Marketing Activities

·         Collect competitor insights including pricing, offers, and product feedback.

·         Distribute catalogs, product samples, and other marketing materials.

·         Represent the company at local trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events.

·         Recommend region-specific marketing strategies based on market behavior.

3. Customer Relationship Management

·         Maintain regular contact with dealers, distributors, contractors, and key accounts.

·         Provide prompt after-sales service and resolve product or delivery-related concerns.

·         Build and nurture long-term relationships to increase brand loyalty and repeat business.

4. Reporting & Coordination

·         Maintain and submit structured daily visit reports, lead tracking, and order pipeline updates.

·         Share market intelligence and feedback with the senior sales team.

·         Coordinate with Dispatch, Accounts, and Quality Control departments to ensure smooth order execution and payment follow-ups.

Requisite Skills:

·         Understanding Of Furniture Hardware Products

·         Good communication (Hindi, Gujarati, and English)

·         Target-oriented with a positive attitude

·         Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)

·         Experience In B2B Sales,Particularly With Furniture Manufacturers,Hardware Retailers of Distributors

·         Strong field sales and negotiation skills.

·         Capable Of handling Price discussions,Bulk Orders And Closing Deals Efficiently

Education:

• Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s Degree.

Relevant Experience:

1–2 years

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the hardware, furniture fittings, or related industry.

• Familiarity with online B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
