Job description
Market Development: Proactively identify and engage with potential B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, in the food and FMCG sectors.
Sales Execution: Sell a full range of cashew products, including whole kernels, pieces, and by-products (like cashew nut shells), ensuring all offers align with current market pricing.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors to ensure repeat business and high customer retention.
Logistics & Coordination: Work closely with factory operations to manage Dispatch schedules, coordinate Transportation arrivals for dispatches & ensuring dispatch confirmation to clients.
Financial Compliance: Ensure timely payments from buyers & double-check financial records issued by the accounting team against approved sales contracts.
Quality Assurance Support: Facilitate factory visits for buyers, providing samples and coordinating with quality teams to meet specific customer requirements.
Reporting: Maintain accurate buyer master data files and submit weekly/monthly sales and market trend reports to management.
