Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in ERP systems.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product information and resolve customer queries promptly.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales (preferably in manufacturing or industrial products).
Good communication skills.
