Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Franchise ExpansionIdentify and onboard new PCD franchise partners / distributors.Maintain relationships with existing franchise clients.Explain product portfolio, pricing, schemes, and business terms.Achieve territory-wise sales and distribution targets.2. Product Promotion & SalesPromote company products to chemists, retailers, and stockists.Generate prescriptions through doctors where applicable.Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.Execute marketing strategies, schemes, and promotions.3. Territory ManagementPlan and visit assigned areas regularly.Track secondary and primary sales performance.Follow up on orders, dispatch, billing & collections.Monitor competitor activities and market trends.4. Customer Support & Relationship ManagementResolve franchise partner queries and issues.Provide product knowledge and promotional guidance.Support partners in marketing activities.5. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain sales records, visit reports, and customer database.Submit daily / weekly MIS and sales updates to management.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication & negotiation skillsKnowledge of pharma marketing / distributionCustomer relationship managementConvincing & presentation skillsAbility to meet targets & travel extensivelyNote: Experience must required in pharma industry ( experience/ fresher both can apply)Kindly contact this number (7743001278)
