Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team Trustroot Works Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹8000 - ₹20000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, and CRM data

• Explain property details clearly (location, pricing, amenities, payment plans, offers)

• Understand customer requirements and match suitable projects/plots/House.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales/site teams for follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up status in CRM/Excel/Manual.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Handle objections, negotiate basics, and close deals over the phone where applicable

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

• Follow company scripts, compliance, and real estate regulations

• Provide post-call support and ensure customer satisfaction till booking

• Promotion for sales offline and online.

• Self Plan execute according to yours.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
