We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and help expand our reach in schools across India. Key Responsibilities:  Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Generate sales through phone calls, emails, and social media marketing.  Client Engagement: Interact with school principals, teachers, and decision-makers to promote Kids Age Newspaper.  Market Expansion: Develop strong relationships with schools and educational organizations to increase market reach.  Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales funnel through telesales and email marketing.  Customer Handling: Address inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service.  Follow-Ups & Conversions: Ensure timely follow-ups and drive successful deal closures.  Client Retention: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.  Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
